Silver Fox Stables is in St. Charles County on 29 acres beautifully nested between Bromelsiek Park and Bush Wildlife. Our facility features large indoor and outdoor arenas with curated sand footing, trails, paddocks, a round pen, wash racks, a spacious tack room, viewing areas, lockers, and on-site veterinary, farrier, and chiropractic services. Our experienced trainers promote a positive learning environment with high-quality training based on the individual needs and goals for horse and rider. We offer boarding, training, lessons, leasing, exercise programs, and sales.

Our Commitment

 

Your horse is our priority. 

We proudly offer a variety of packages to suit your horse's needs. 

Half package: $1,050.00/Month 

Daily turnout, grain twice a day, hay 3 times a day,use of indoor area, outdoor arena, trail around the property, and 2 services per week (lesson or training ride), heaters in the winter, fans in the summer (fans bought by boarder but will keep them running when needed and fly control in stalls). 

 

Full package: $1,350.00/Month

It includes the same as above, but you get an additional 4 services per week (lessons or training rides).

 

Boarding only limited space is $850 per month and includes everything except training or lessons

Stall Maintenance

  • A 12 x 12 matted stall, cleaned once daily.

  • Sawdust bedding is cleaned/refreshed daily.

Daily Turnout

  • Daily turnout in small groups, weather permitting.

  • Private turnout is available with specific arrangements.

Automatic Water Management

  • Automatic water buckets are filled daily.

  • Buckets are cleaned weekly.

Feeding

  • Quality Buckeye grain is fed twice daily (morning and evening).

  • High-quality flaked timothy/grass hay. 3 times a day

Pasture Care

  • All pastures are equipped with water and cleaned regularly.

  • Blanketing/unblanketing according to weather conditions.

  • Boarder-provided supplements and oral medications administered as requested. 

  • Use of barn, wash stalls, indoor arena, outdoor arena, pastures, and perimeter trails.
